Reservei dois quartos e um dos quartos alagou. Escorria água da chuva pela parede e entrava água pela varanda tbm. No outro quarto a torneira estava quebrada vasando água. A piscina estava suja e não tinha quem limpasse. Fui com meus filhos e eles nem aproveitou a piscina. No café da manhã, estávamos comendo e quando deu 10:00 a funcionária gritou em alto e bom som que não ia mais servir nada e começou a recolher tudo. Mesmo ainda cheio de hóspedes inclusive eu e minha família. Precisei de um garfo que o meu tinha caído no chão e essa funcionaria saiu falando que estava no intervalo deles e que por isso o rapaz tinha recolhido os talheres! Eu nunca vi em todos os hotéis que já fui, recolher até os talheres antes dos hóspedes saírem do local e muito menos falar que estava no intervalo deles e expor em alto e bom som os hóspedes desta maneira! Por tanto, deixo aqui o meu descontentamento com o Hotel Lunar!

Quarto espaço porém precisando de reforma, só o chuveiro era bom, mas precisa reformar os rejuntes do banheiro. Net sem a minima chance de usar, inclusive a tv não pega e só tem dois canais abertos. Café da manhã bem fraco. Cobram td a parte; pedi dois travesseiros a mais e tive que pagar uma tx simbólica; cobram também toalha pra usar na piscina , que tbm precisa de reforma, varias partes quebradas. Só salva o hotel a simpatia da sra Vagma do café, muito atenciosa.. Mas só ela tbm. Maior parte dos funcionários com mal humor. Localização boa e só.

Cheguei antes do chek in, ofereceram para guardar as malas por R$20,00, almoçamos no restaurante em frente ao hotel e comoramos os passeios pela empresa que fica na frente do hotel tbm. Voltamos e percebos que o frigobar não fechava pq a borracha de vedação estava solta, avisamos na recepção e eles imediatamente resolveram o problema No nosso quarto haviam 4 camas de solteiro duas delas estavam juntas como cama de casal, quarto limpo e aconchegante. A limpeza era feita um dia sim outro não, percebi um desleixo quanto a limpeza do banheiro principalmente no box que não era bem limpo, pq ficou areia no ralo. Quanto ao café da manhã não tenho do que reclamar, uma variedade boa de bolos, pães e frutas, tapioca, cuscuz, ovo entre outras coisas gostosas. A piscina é aquecida e profundidade boa Recepção 24h

Tive uma experiência muito ruim neste hotel. Ao chegar, mesmo depois do horário previsto para check-in, o quarto ainda não estava pronto, o que já gerou um grande transtorno. Além disso, o atendimento foi extremamente demorado — precisei esperar por muito tempo para conseguir realizar o check-in. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Infelizmente, a experiência foi bem negativa do início ao fim. Não recomendo

Não fornecem talher caso precisem e cobram por um de plástico. Wifi só funcionava muito mal no banheiro, fiz a reclamação e disseram que iam abrir um chamado com o provedor de Internet que até o final da estadia não havia sido resolvido. Café da manhã muito básico (eles deixam usar os talheres). Muito barulho nos corredores e se puder dê preferência pra ficar no andar de cima, pois vc escuta ate a "respiração" de outros hóspedes. Chuveiro péssimo ou é gelado ou fervendo. Você sai, quando volta o banheiro esta alagado, mesmo fechando o chuveririnho do vaso, não sei de onde vem essa água. Café da manhã ruim, pouca variedade e os que tem são velhos, porque vão aproveitando. Todos os dias as mesmas coisas. O quarto não tem edredon , se vc pede, eles te cobram R$3,00. Não é pelo dinheiro, mas sim a cobrança pelo básico. Isso aconteceu tbm com 2 travesseiros extras, R$3,00 cada. Eu que tenho problema de coluna, preciso de 2. A única coisa que salva é o atendimento das meninas da cozinha , ela são simpaticas e prestativas. De resto, não fico mais hospedada e não indico de forma alguma.

Apesar dos valores de reserva que consegui serem muito bons, o quarto que fiquei precisa de um pouco de atenção. Ar condicionado que gela mas não funciona perfeitamente em matéria de automação, chuveiro com ducha quente e frio, mas que a via fria é muito fraca. Forçando a um banho com pouquíssima água quando fazemos a mistura, enfim. Pequenos detalhes que tornariam a hospedagem mais agradável, além de já nos sentirmos bem pelo custo benefício.
