I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that.

Recommend for relaxation

Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach. Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool.

Mold scare

Room temperature extremely low due to excess of humidity. Check in area is above rooms, leaving the feeling of staying in a dungeon.

Great hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Tasty food both for breakfast, room service and à la carte (and inexpensive, too). Try the sweet or salty fresh tapioca made on demand at the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a powerful in-room wifi router, first I have seen in Brazil that has this, and internet is fast and flawless (and free). Going to the beach takes about 2 minutes, just cross the pool area and go out the front gate. Only negative point was some black mold stains in the ceiling of the bathroom.

Excellent new and clean hotel !

I was very surprise with this hotel, it was way better that expected. It looks like a new property, rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and even though it's low season there are plenty of employees and they are always taking care of the property. There is always someone cleaning the pool, floors, restrooms, etc. Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I found the area very safe. PROS: Price, location, pool, friendly staff. CONS: Manual check in, even thought I had done the check in online they made me fill out 4 pieces of paper (for all people in my family) and tried to give me a hard time due to name on the reservation being my married name and name on ID was maiden name.

Excelência no atendimento da equipe, sobretudo recepção, treinada para oferecer ao hóspede, acima do esperado. Além do trivial maleiro, um ponto de apoio ímpar, nos deu conforto e acolhimento no pós check out. Excepcional serviço, da limpeza à cozinha, do café ao bar da piscina. Só faltou um micro-ondas na acomodação. Mas não afetou nossa estadia.
