Atendimento muito bom

O Hotel é simples, mas tem o que precisa para uma estadia. O ar gela, o chuveiro é quente, o quarto é limpo, tem uma piscina. Café da manhã simples, senti falta de mais opções de frutas e de tapioca, mas pelo custo-benefício estava ok. O que mais gostei foi do atendimento. Funcionários cordiais e bem educados. Nós deram suporte e foram compreensivos para mudar de quarto por conta da acessibilidade e por deixar nossas filhas usarem a piscina apesar de termos chegado às 20h. Recomendo.

Estadia bem mediana

Logo na chegada fui recepcionada por um funcionário despreparado, houve erro na minha reserva e ele não conseguia verificar se seria possível incluir ou não uma diária a mais, informando que precisava mudar no quadro geral, que estava cheio e etc. No segundo dia informamos que a descarga do banheiro do quarto estava com problemas, vazando água, e recebemos como retorno "outros hóspedes anteriores não se queixaram". Posteriormente a equipe verificou e viu que tinha um problema crônico, oferecendo como solução deixar um pano atrás vaso. O quarto nos colocado primeiramente não tinham tomadas de acordo com a NBR14136, além de apenas 3 tomadas em todo o quarto. Após mudança de quarto melhora das condições, com tomadas dentro da NBR14136 (não todas, mas algumas) e guarda-roupa com porta. O colchão em ambos os quartos de má qualidade, moles. E como regra do hotel são cobrados travesseiros, colchas e toalhas extras (não cobrados como um seguro e na devolução tendo retorno, cobrado como se fosse compra mesmo). Ponto positivo do hotel: equipe da cozinha e parte da equipe da recepção simpática e café da manhã satisfatório.

Vale a pena

O hotel é bem localizado, os recepcionistas e funcionários são extremamente educados e solícitos, prestaram todo apoio para conhecermos a cidade. A estrutura do hotel é muito conservada, o café da manhã é simples, mas bem saboroso, fica melhor ainda pelo atendimento da senhora que é um primor de pessoa. A estrutura do quarto não é nova, mas atendeu bem.
