Experiência muito boa. Viajamos em casal pra comemorar aniversário de 23 anos de casamento. Limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns excelente. Hotel bem localizado (perto de vários restaurantes e da feirinha) inclusive dar p ir a pé, vista maravilhosa(praia e morro do Careca), café da manhã muito bem servido, funcionários educados e atenciosos, chaveiro delicioso, 02 piscinas (adulto/criança). Muito bom de modo geral,o q nos leva a querer voltar outra vez. Na próxima viremos com nossos filhos.

O hotel está muito mal de manutenção e limpeza! Sem regras estabelecidas, os hóspedes não tem limites com isso o barulho por comportamentos com algazarras parece bem comum. O café da manhã péssimo! Tudo muito artificial, o serviço dos colaboradores ruim, pessoas muito mal humoradas. Não voltaria nunca!

Minhas impressões

A expectativa foi grande ao ver as fotos. A mantive enquanto vi a recepção e piscina, mas, ao entrar no quarto vimos uma estrutura bonita, porém, com aparência de velha, inadequada, com rachadura no gesso, lençóis rasgados e toalhas manchadas. O ar condicionado, mesmo no 16, não refrigerava bem e não conseguimos sentir confortável pra dormir. Além de que tinha um som extremamente alto no quarto ao lado e ninguém parecia estranhar a situação, mesmo passando de meia noite. O café foi a melhor parte, estava organizado e com boas opções, o espaço do café parecia reformado. O atendimento foi bom, mas tivemos a sensação de que não havia uma integração de equipe. Parecia muito cada um fazendo o que dava e pronto. Não denotava algo maestrado por um responsável.

A imagem do hotel no site não condiz com a realidade. O hotel tem muita infiltração nas paredes, mofo, nosso quarto a torneira pingava a noite toda, e o vaso estava quebrado. Saimos antes mesmo já tendo pago os diarias. o café da manha sofrivel....um hotel que não pretendo nunca mais voltar.
