Great price and location. There is no reception and there are TWO Lliv locations on the same street (one behind the restaurant camarões and the other opposite Mangai) so entrance can be confusing. The room is also very simple - no soap or shampoo and the sheet is so small it doesn’t cover the mattress. There is wifi and a tv. My suggestion to the owners is to buy fitted sheets to at least cover the mattress for your guests. Apart from that, an affordable option for staying in Natal and right by a good restaurant!

A hospedagem, lugar físico, é muito boa. Instalações são novas. No entanto, processo de check-in é muito complicado, demorei quase uma hora para conseguir entrar no hotel. A comunicação é através de whatsapp ou ligando o que às vezes demora. Café, quem adquire o pacote com café, é um café que escolhe um combo com 3 itens.. Eu, particularmente, não gosto desse tipo de serviço, gosto do cafe que o hóspede pode se servir. Café(líquido) não disponibilizado, apenas suco. Gostei muito da limpeza do quarto, estava bem organizado e cheiroso. Um outro ponto a ser revisto pelo hotel é a iluminação das acomodações, pois somente é feita por lads embutidos nos armários, o que não proporciona uma boa visibilidade. Esse tipo de acomodação, na minha avaliação, é boa pra coisas rápidas, que foi o meu caso.

Imaginei que o apto seria parecido com a rede ibis, mas é mais simples. No banheiro, não tinha box e eles deixaram um rodo para qdo vc terminar o banho, secar o banheiro. O quarto eh bem pequeno, não dava para 3 pessoas que foi o que reservei. Muito barulhento no térreo. Fora isso, localização boa.

Os quartos de baixo precisam de isolamento acústico melhor nas portas, pois a cozinha coletiva quando está sendo usada, os hóspedes não tem bom senso de uso em silencio, é uma zuada que se houve irritantemente de dentro do quarto, quem quer dormir não consegue. A cama é pequena, deveria ser pelo menos uma queen. Parte dos móveis do quarto que fiquei estavam danificadas e com mofo.

Tudo muito bom, foi minha primeira vez em um autoatendimento, eu adorei e por isso voltei, mas nas minhas duas experiências as camas de casal estavam aparentemente cedendo no meio, eu e minha esposa ficávamos rolando para o meio da cama, o que gerou um pouco de desconforto no meio da noite e um sono não tão revigorante. Mas tirando isso adorei e recomendo.
