Achei o local muito bom. Uma pequeno transtorno no check-out pois eu tinha direito a Meia pensão (jantar e café) e mesmo assim fui cobrado na hora de sair. Tive que explicar tudo em detalhes e no final deu tudo certo. Isso não pode acontecer de maneira alguma No mais, o hotel é limpo, comida boa.

As toalhas do banheiro velhas por dois dias estavam com partes rasgada, o depósito de sabonete da pia estava sem funcionar falei na recepção e não trocaram, não havia edredom no quarto . No restaurante no café da manhã a funcionária que estava no atendimento de preparar tapiocas, ovos e omeletes muito pouco cordial, nos dias 19 e 20.Hoje 21/12 acredito era outra funcionária.

A porta do meu quarto foi deixada aberta após a arrumação a tarde. O incidente foi reportado a recepção mas nenhuma ação parece ter sido tomada. Ar condicionado com barulho intermitente durante a noite. A cola do sabonete liquido e shampoo expiraram durante a noite, fazendo com que ambos caíssem (e por consequência me acordarem). Check-in levou 20 minutos, mesmo com tudo preenchido corretamente previamente e não havendo fila. Um elevador requer o uso das chaves do quarto e precisa ser apertado fortemente para ir para o 4° andar. O outro elevador não requer a chave e não precisa ser apertado fortemente.

Ótimo hotel executivo

O hotel é realmente muito bom, pois está bem localizado, é tudo muito confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é bem variado e tem um garçom em específico (um senhor, que não me recordo o nome) que é especialmente gentil com as crianças. Ele faz algumas "mágicas" e ensina as crianças como fez. Achei de uma simpatia e gentileza singular, nossos filhos ficaram encantados. O único ponto que gostaria de destacar de negativo é o portão da garagem não ser automático. Isso atrasou em alguns momentos nossa entrada e saída, pois depende de um funcionário ir abrir e fechar o portão...
