Great choice

Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

Gorgeous and peaceful hotel in Ponta Negra

The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful ocean views. The several pools (some heated) are surrounded by trees and different kinds of plants. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make you feel at home and bring small sweet treats and a free bottle of water to the guests every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a great place to spend a vacation. I was using the resort for work purpose and it's lovely! For my fellow American folks, this is a lovely place to spend a vacation with your family and loved ones. The downside is that they English is almost non-existent and very limited! Otherwise, I would rate my stay at full 5 stars!

This is ABSOLUTELY an amazing hotel. The service the hotel offers is very hard to find. The location is fantastic and the hotel, rooms, pool and beach area is definitely a visit worth while. The spa therapists are among the best I have tried. Don’t hesitate to try it out. You won’t be disappointed. Overall a hotel with the GREATEST service ever.

Excellent hotel and service. Only 3 years old. Great pleasant helpful staff. Nice bed , room, bathroom. Ac was “wick” , called the front desk and immediately fixed nice and cool. The city is shifty. lots of poverty and prostitution, baggers at restaurants. Beaches nice.

On the fifth day of my stay (and mind you up to that point they never were THAT KIND) the generator caught fire, we were left at the lobby of the next door hotel. I had to FETCH MY OWN TAXI (no staff from the hotel helped me, thanks GOD I AM VERY FLUENT in Portuguese) and find a hotel at 2 in the morning. FOUND ONE by chance and HAD TO PAY for all the taxis, for my new hotel accommodation and asked the fire fighters for help to get my stuff out my room and the HOTEL.

O hotel Vogal é muito bonito e elegante, uma recepção que começa com espumante e educação e ela é no ultimo andar do hotel. os quartos são todos descendo. Quarto amplo, muito confortável, varanda, tem apoio de varal para as roupas molhadas dos dias de praia, muito limpo e cheiroso o quarto, cama muito boa, alta qualidade de lençóis e toalhas e travesseiros muito bons. Banheiro amplo com divisão da parte sanitária do chuveiro e pia, alem de banheira de hidro para duas pessoas. Amenities Loccitane Provence muito bons. Roupões confortáveis e 4 toalhas de corpo para o casal, duas de rosto e duas de bancada. A área externa é muito bonita e calma, tem espreguiçadeira entre sol e sombra e existe um espaçamento para que não fique tumultuado, piscinas diferentes com temperatura ambiente e aquecidas, falta uma musica ambiente para compor o ambiente. Os drinks são bons e os sanduíches também, mas como todo o cardápio é QR Code e as cadeiras tem uma plaquinha com números, acredito que o pedido deveria ser feito no sistema do cardápio mesmo e levado direto ao numero da placa, as vezes não passa garçom por um tempo. Café da manhã muito bom destaque para a senhora Priscila da tapioca, excelente o produto e a simpatia. Destaque para o café em si, a bebida servida na mesa, os garçons são simpáticos e sempre prontos a servir mais uma xícara, a bebida esta sempre quente porque vem direto na mesa. Academia de boa qualidade para manutenção de treino, pequena mas arrumada.

Tudo no hotel é muito bom. O melhor da cidade. Ha apenas um problema: o processo de checkin checkout é muito lento. Seria melhor que nos enviassem previamente um link de pré checkin. Quando se chega num voo às 2h da manhã e forma uma fila no hotel para checkin isso se torna um inconveniente que não se espera de um hotel deste nivel.

O hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são todos cordiais e muito educados. A cama é ótima, a roupa de cama é de muita qualidade, quarto bem espaçoso, arejado. O café da manhã é muito bom, saboroso, com variedade, inclusive de sucos. O jantar é bom, ainda mais para quem gosta de frutos do mar, senti falta de feijão, fiquei por 6 noites e não teve.

Já tive dias maravilhosos neste hotel, mas ultimamente tem deixado a desejar. Sugiro uma serviço de manutenção, sobretudo nos ar condicionados e nos telefones dos quartos, que sempre estão com defeitos. Além do mais, uma mudança a troca dos colchões das camas, pois faz tempo que são os mesmo de sempre, pois sou hóspede de anos e estes colchões são antigos.
