Very basic hotel. More like a hostel with en-suite rooms. Absolutely no frills but comfortable enough for a night or two. A little noisy and that explains the complementary ear plugs in the room. Breakfast is also very basic with no hot food options available.

The three ladies and the young gentleman are the best staff I have interacted with. Wish I remember their name. They went above and beyond to order carry out for me using their phone as I was unable to translate from Spanish. They also found the best place in town for the cuisine I wanted to order. Who does that in this busy world?

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property excellently maintained and very clean. Breakfast was consistently great every day with variety. (whoever the chef was preparing the eggs each morning- thank you! ) Absolutely delicious!

Attentive staff and cool mountain vibe and views. Close to waterfront and just down the hill from central district with many options. If you get in early before check-in, you can leave your bags and chill at the cozy Darwin Cafe across the street. Friendly and attentive staff, who also allow travelers that are trekking for a few days in TDP to leave their bigger bags there securely - a very convenient and clutch perk!

The staff is excellent, and the hotel is ok. Our room had no hooks or place to hang jackets or put our luggage. The hotel is very basic but it was good enough for one night. Beware that you hear everything in the other rooms. They provide ear plugs.

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Short walk to the waterfront. My friend and I left our luggage at the hotel for safekeeping while we embarked on our 8-day O Circuit Trek trip. I will stay at this hotel if I visit Puerto Natales again.

Be aware

Friendly hotel and simplistic design. Unfortunately paper thin walls make it difficult to sleep and it’s quite close to a noisy harbor.

Excellent staff and service.

We stayed two nights a few days apart. The first room was not very good. Things did not work well in it. They made up for it with our next night. Stay gave us a wonderful room where everything worked beautifully warm and cozy hotel overall!
