Magnificent

Unfortunately we only had one night in this magnificent residence it was superb. My only criticism is of the check in staff. We arrived early and adked if we could leave our bags (travelling from overseas we had big bags) the staff Ignored our request and just kept saying check in was at 3- no help at all. They also failed to tell us anything about the property ie that we could wander through the house have coffee etc etc. In fact they didnt give us any info we had to ask about everything. For accommodation on this level the ability to store bags until check in is essential ditto helpful polite check in staff. Despite this the environment more than made up for the staff. We went to the onsite restaurant for dinner which was lovely. The tour was fantastic and so informative we will definitely be back
