The location of this hotel is perfect - lots of restaurants and shopping easily walkable. The hotel staff is also very nice and will easily fix any problems. My only complaint is that the rooms feel a little dated - not all the lights worked, the bedding was a little scratchy etc.

I loved the spacious rooms and areas throughout the hotel. I certainly loved the price I paid for a room like that and I enjoyed the hot breakfast. My dislikes is the parking across the street from the hotel, the fact I was not on the top floor and heard children/adults constantly stomping from atop and the rooms are too dark.

The location is great. The staff wasn't very friendly. My blanket was dirty and the floors were not clean. When I phoned the front desk I was told I could come get another blanket. No I'm sorry or let me bring you one. The hotel room doors are very hard to open and close. They stick from settling. The courtyard is very nice. Parking is a challenge because it is limited at the hotel. Guests may have to park a block away when the hotel lot is full. I liked that there was a hot breakfast and a bar on site. Daisy the bartender was the only employee who was friendly.

The property had lots of amenities. The rooms are a little noisey….you can hear the neighbors TV/blow dryer etc. overall it was a nice place to stay!

Roshaunda, who checked us in, was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. HOWEVER, the bathroom was severely lacking. First of all, get rid of the glass panel on the shower and put actual DOORS on. The panel (1) makes it cold (2) causes you to have to stand under the shower while turning it on, making you endure water that is the wrong temperature while it heats up. Also, there are no grab bars, making it a very dangerous situation. Finally, I booked through Expedia and then was charged a "resort fee" of $21.00. FOR WHAT? We were told that paid for the breakfast and Wi-Fi. Guess what? THAT HOTEL IS NOT A RESORT. There is no pool, no golf club, no additional amenities, the ice machines didn't work, and there was no de-caf coffee at breakfast. The "courtyard" view gave us a view of a brick area with some metal furniture. Absolutely nothing "courtyard-ish" about it. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it to others. My Wyndham number is 148067943C

A real gem.

A real gem and a great find. It’s a quiet beautiful place in the middle of downtown. Close to restaurants and a cute little shopping area. It has a cute little bar to catch a night cap and a yummy breakfast in the morning.

The floors are sticky and dirty. Sheets don’t fit properly on the bed. The walls are full of dust you can literally blow on the wall and dusts flys everywhere!!! I have been a customer for the last fifteen years. But the last two years I have seen a significant decline in this property. What a shame. It’s had so much potential.
