It is a Budget motel not in the greatest area. The rooms for the most part were clean though questionable. Parking was not an issue whatsoever, for the area it was in I am not surprised by anything but probably wouldn't stay there again.

The man at the front desk is extremely rude. Makes assumptions off race and gender that you will be having “ guest over “ makes threats of charging your card if they suspect “ guest “. Room was smelly like smoke even with a non smoking policy. Floor was dirty, baseboards had not been wiped in years. There was black mold in the shower and a mysterious blood looking spot on the wall. The area was less than appropriate for a family hotel. Adult workers strolling the street and the parking lot sounded like a car show on multiple occasions.

I didn't have any hot water in the shower my entire stay. When I told the front desk on my 1st day they told me to let the water run 15-20 minutes. That definitely didn't help. And when I mentioned it when I checked out a different front desk attendant told me maintenance had been working on it & likely revereded it.

First room I checked into had roaches inside. I called the front desk and they stated that they had someone in there for a month and that was the reason why there were roaches. They swapped me rooms but still didn’t take away that dirty feeling.
