Noise ! Smoke ! 2 AM

Room smelled smoking badly !!!!! But the most insane was a event/party/karaoke happening on saturday night by the lobby area what made impossible to sleep !!!! Dont understand how the management at least didnt offer rooms on the other side of the building. It was so loud and went all the way till 2 AM !!!!!! I love parties but either the hotel needs to have a blocked noise room for events or management should first inform guests about it and second, should had offer a different room. Never will stay again on this place.

Check in was a long process. There was only one person at the front desk and he had his hands full dealing with complaints coming from every direction. He had to move guests to different rooms because their current rooms had issues. There were no face towels. We were lucky enough to have 1 big towel in the car that we cut into pieces for face towels. They told us that since we were staying more than one night they wouldn't be changing our linen or towels until the 3rd day. The parking lot was full so we had to go to the underground parking where the homeless were living and drugs use was evident. I hesitant about leaving my car. Luckily someone left the regular lot and I quickly moved there. Our room was very dark. The floor lamp didn't work and the sink basin area only had 1 of the 2 bulbs working. The bathroom is on a slant so every time we sat on the toilet we were tilted. There were roaches in our room that we saw on the last night thank goodness! The property isn't safe. My son went to get ice and found 2 homeless people filling up big coolers with ice. The stairs need to be cleaned. One area of stairs were urine soaked and smelled awful. The stairwell and walkways are dark. I didn't feel safe at all! Why put locks on the outside doors that supposedly only opens with our room key if the homeless can still get in?The property is loud. You can hear people outside arguing. Prostitutes loiter around the outside also. This place is Horrible. I don't recommend.

No towels in the room went down to the lobby it took them 2 hrs my rooms was full of a womens hair the bathtub as well the sink was dirty and the floor was horribly discusting my daughter's had white socks on and the wnded with black socks of how dirty the floor was

The are looks very unsafe, questionable people, women selling themselves and homeless, especially at night. Booked 2 night, wanted to leave the first night. When you walk bare foot, you feel the dirty floor, and as soon as you walk in, it smells like mold. Not staying here again, not safe, old place, smelly and dirty.

Not Worth the Stay

I have stayed at Ramada Inns before and usually, they are spot on with friendly staff, safe locations, clean facilities, above average service and amenities, but they dropped the ball hard on this one. Check in was easy and gentleman who checked us in was cordial. Really, the issues have nothing to do with customer service by the employees, since contact with them was minimal. The Good: -check in was easy -front desk worker was professional -requested to have multiple rooms adjoining and was accommodated -requested to change one of the rooms because of smell of cigarette smoke. The room offered to change to was worse, so we kept the original. -overall, the worker who checked us in was willing to accommodate reasonable requests without issues. The bad: -somewhat affordable -area is sketchy: prostitution activity right at the entrance to the parking lot—caveat to this is that if you leave them alone, and stick to your family activities, they (apparent crime driven people) stay out of your way -no google or Apple Pay -one of the rooms reeked of cigarette smell -place is old- walls/doors are dirty in common areas and in the rooms -floors were dirty so that if you walk barefoot, you can feel the dirt. If your feet are wet, you’ll see black dirt marks right away, indicative that the place isn’t properly cleaned/mopped. -NO BREAKFAST -hot tub out of service/wrapped in yellow tape -overall, place is old and rundown -DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if accompanied by the family
