For shared use: natural state property 15'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) secured (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 10 km, sandy beach "Pin Sec, Naujac" 16 km, bathing lake "Hourtin-Port" 15 km. Marina 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
