This luxury 4th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations

Resort Amenities include pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king beds in the second bedroom, and twin sized beds in the third ensuite bedroom. All bedrooms feature smart televisions. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed and bedding available upon request. Please notify your host at least 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE to have the inflatable bed in the unit upon your arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Beach Colony Resort is an awesome private and gated beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

The unit offers spectacular panoramic views—sunrise, sunset, and the beach are all breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, and the permanent resident next door made for a quiet, restful stay. The location is great for groups, and the beach chair service was excellent.On the downside, the unit was not cleaned to our standards, and the oven door was broken. Also worth noting: the resort places dumpsters directly below the balcony for pickup several times a week, which can create an unpleasant odor.

Excellent Condo!

My family of 5 and I loved staying at your condo! It felt just like home. It was clean and cozy. The balcony was perfection!! We loved sitting out there, especially loved the rocking chairs. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. We were thankful for all of the beach towels too! It was great having the full size washer and dryer. Thanks for including the daily beach chair service of two chairs and an umbrella. We happily paid the 10 a day to sit in the front row at the ocean. Andy D’s was our favorite restaurant and so close! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

My family and I stayed here for vacation. This was our first time in Navarre and we loved it. The view from the balcony is great! Even though on the 4th floor, you could not hear anything down below once inside. Helped being a corner unit! Loved having two complimentary beach chairs every day also. The beach is basically steps from the elevator. Overall great stay!

This property was in a great location. It was not crowded and very family friendly. The walk to the pool and to the beach were both very short. The condo was very clean and well maintained. My family loved this place and would loved to go back.

BEACH JOY!

Everyone enjoyed our stay at the beautiful condo. My granddaughter who is 4, did not want to leave because she had so much fun and enjoyed every minute! There was so much room in the condo and it has been well maintained. The property manager, Linda, was a huge help.

Family vacation 2022

The rental process was smooth. I do feel that dealing with actual owner's is my preference. Rental properties managed by companies and never occupied by owner's are often poorly kept. This was a prime example. The layout of condo was very nice. Elevator's were easy to access. The room desperately needed a deep clean. Walls dirty. Kids feet were filthy walking on floor. Kitchen was not stocked well. No blankets. My son went to Wal-Mart to purchase a blanket. King mattress in second bedroom extremely worn and should have been replaced long ago. Shower heads in second bedroom and twin bedroom were horrible. Comforter on second bedroom bed appeared to have dried blood and was dirty. We felt the price we paid was excessive for this condo. We like Beach Colony and we love Navarre.

Outstanding accommodations

We truly enjoyed our view as well as the condo. It does not get much better than Navarre Beach. The condo had plenty of room and truly loved having a bathroom in each room. We will definitely be re-booking when the time comes next year!

Condominium was spacious, clean and had beautiful views of the Gulf from den and kitchen area. The balcony was nice and big which we really liked. Huge pool which the kids enjoyed.

Overall beautiful condo with great view. The satellite in two extra bedrooms didn't work and balcony doors didn't lock. The beds were too hard for our liking and pillows too thick and uncomfortable. I would also add a rug by the bed to wipe your feet on. These are the things I would change. Pool was amazing. Broussards down the road had great food and the pier is great to walk out on. If your lucky you will see a dolphin, shark, or sea turtle. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our favorite place to come but due to the noise from construction & more than what you would expect from average maintenance starting early morning, we were quite disappointed. Relaxing quiet mornings laying in bed or sitting on balcony were not possible. The condo itself has a broken shower door & although owner offered to send maintenance, it should have been working properly prior to arrival. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. As far as the beaches, scenery and weather, it was just as beautiful as always. The cost of vacation is well spent and always Fun to make great memories but accommodations should equal the price we were willing to spend to have the best as expected when we come to Navarre & Beach Colony.

Very Nice Condo

My family enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the condo but what could be taken care of was. The 2 sliding glass doors did not lock. Maintenance looked at them and the locks have to be replaced. We loved the TV's in all of the rooms. Makes me want to mount my TV on the wall at home. One suggestion in the main room. There is a constant glare on the TV because the type of blinds do not keep the glare out.
