Welcome to Feelin’ Beachy, a gorgeous brand new vacation beach home built in 2023, located in serene Navarre Beach. Just steps from the stunning white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Your coastal paradise awaits you at this Navarre Beach property.

This incredible two bedroom, three bath home is a true vacationer’s dream, with relaxing beach atmosphere and upscale welcoming décor throughout. Experience ultimate tranquility, with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa sound and The Gulf of Mexico.
This beach home has so much to offer! Upon entering this stunning, single-story home, you will find the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The inviting living area boasts of comfortable seating and large windows, along with a large wall-mounted, flat screen smart television. Enjoy immediate access to the expansive covered patio from the living area where you can take in views of The Gulf of Mexico. The picnic style dining table seats seven guest, and there are four additional barstools by the kitchen breakfast bar for added convenience. The spacious kitchen is truly a sight to see, with gorgeous quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful driftwood cabinetry, a large kitchen island, as well as a stunning tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the area.

The two king suites, each with private bathrooms, provide private access to the back deck. Each suite also comes equipped with flat screen smart televisions. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in the main space with two twin trundle day beds available to comfortably sleep four Additional guests.

Feelin’ Beachy accommodates up to eight guest comfortably.

The full size laundry room is another amenity of the space, equipped with a large capacity full sized washer and dryer.

Outdoor entertainment area downstairs, under house with picnic table. Covered parking for 2 cars available. Additional uncovered parking also provided.

Navarre, Florida is an attractive destination due to its pristine white sand beaches, clear emerald waters, and laid-back coastal lifestyle. If you're looking for a perfect beachside retreat, look no further than this charming vacation home. We recently spent a few days here and were thoroughly impressed by its serene ambiance and unbeatable location, just a short walk from the ocean. The home is beautifully decorated with a tasteful coastal theme that enhances its relaxing vibe. The spacious, light-filled living area is ideal for family gatherings or quiet relaxation, and the modern kitchen is well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Each bedroom offers plush beds and quality linens, ensuring restful nights, while one of the spotless bathrooms offered a large shower and another offered a shower and tub combination. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. A brief stroll brought us to the sandy shores where we enjoyed swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells. Situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, this home is perfect for a family vacation. Overall, this beach house combines comfort, style, and location to create an unforgettable vacation experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque beach getaway.
