The home was as pictured and was cozy! I would have liked it to be cleaner. There was sand on two of the three bed comforters, found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the dishwasher had stagnant, very stinky water in the bottom. We’re all human and it’s a beach town so there’s sand everywhere of course. I’m sure we’re all guilty of missing a few spots on dishes as we put them away too. My less than 5 star review is more over the lack of any response when I communicated those things to the property management company. There was a storm during our stay and a piece of gutter fell off the house which I reported as soon as we opened the door and received an immediate response from property management. Otherwise, the house was roomy and the beds were comfortable!

Worst vrbo

If you are looking for a dirty house look no further. This place said no dogs but smells of wet dog. Has dog food and dog doors. Carpets and furniture are trashed. Lights and toilets don’t work. Trash left inside in floor of rooms and driveway. Towels left in the floor definitely hasn’t been cleaned or taken care of. Asked for a refund from Scenic stays sent pictures and they haven’t gotten back to me.
