Dog Friendly:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for the $335 pet fee. Owners must keep dogs on leash at all times and must clean up waste in the yard daily. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches (Gulf or Sound) in Santa Rosa County.

Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 12 guests. No parties allowed. No local rentals (less than 150 miles)
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell cameras.
Accessibility: Climbing a large flight of stairs is required to enter this property. There is no elevator. 

Pool Maintenance: The pool is maintained by the Home Owners Association and Community Management. No refunds or discounts will be provided if the pool is closed for maintenance. 

Parking: The driveway and garage will accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. Street parking is not allowed and fines will apply.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.
Age Requirement to Rent: 25 years or older and must stay on site for the duration of the reservation.
