We had a great time at this inner coastal location. There is a balcony on the front side (kitchen) and the master and living room both have balconies which faced the bay along with the fantastic open area woth seating and swing under the unit which faces the bay. They had provided beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, and umbrellas to use. Our kids did pabble boarding for the first time and it is shallow enough on the bay for about 50 yards to only be around thigh height in a bunch of places. You also dont have the worry of an under toe on the bat side vs ocean front. There is definetly private beach areas between the unit property and the resuturants at the end of the road. We prefered the bay sode vs the ocean front because the bay is flat water with no waves except those from a passing boat and it is clear see to the bottom water. You can walk the beach to the nearby reaturants and bars as well. Ourbdaughter said the murphey bed was comfortable in the living room and easy to use. Would definetly stay here again.
