The Salt Life - One of Navarre Beach's finest beachfront homes for the discerning customer who appreciates a high end home with great amenities. This house is for those who want to be right on the beach, with a private pool, elevator, and private boardwalk over the dune to the sand!

This house has the perfect layout. The main level is an open floor plan with huge kitchen, kitchen Island, bar stools, high end appliances, and it opens up to the great room.  The great room runs the width of the property and includes the dining room table on the west side of the house with seating for 10.  The great room overlooks the beautiful and expansive 12 by 30 foot pool - and looks out over the Gulf of Mexico.  On the main floor is one of the bedrooms, with a king bed and full bathroom.  Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms, including two gulf front facing bedrooms with their own full bathrooms.   The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds and shares a bathroom with the loft area open 5th bedroom.  This loft area has a 2 couches and is open but because of the space and having two twin bunk beds, it is best described for search purposes as a 5th bedroom.   The house comes across as very spacious, with 10 foot ceilings and wide hallways, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and the great infinity style beachfront pool.   The property has an elevator, the elevator goes from garage level to main floor (not to top level). The main floor has the great room, kitchen, dining, and one king bedroom with on suite bathroom.

Additional great qualities of The Salt Life: Private gate to the beach walkover, leave the pool area and head to the beach with your own walkway over the dunes to the sand - awesome!  Garage is also a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball and a corn hole game - great place for the kids to hang out.  The private pool right on the deck has a brand new heater as of winter 2022 and the pool can be heated with a small additional cost of $75 per day, (we will turn on the pool prior to arrival).

Remember to bring cleaning and toiletries supplies. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom, so if you are a large group and staying more than a few days, purchase some yourself. Very few trash bags provided. Other than that great house.

Excellent home and location

This is a beautiful property that is incredibly family friendly. 6 adults, 6 children has plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Private walkway to the beach with chairs, wagon, toys, boogie boards, stroller, umbrellas in the ground level storage. We paid to heat the pool and in March it is well worth the daily fee. We cooked and grilled every night while looking out at the ocean and the kids played in the pool. Balconies are both front and back-we used them all depending on which way the breeze was blowing. Supermarkets nearby. The sand is pure white with many shells. The game room with ping pong, foosball and pool table was a big hit too. Beds are comfortable and windows have shades (not all black out but darkened. The management company was superior and very responsive to any issues. The maintenance gentleman deserves high praise for his responsiveness. Example: the bbq grill didn’t work - he had a new one purchased and installed within a few hours. I’d search here again for the management company alone! Thank you to the owner for sharing your home! It was a great family memory trip! Lastly, if you pay to use the first floor elevator- make sure you have the separate code needed before you arrive and the instructions. A helpful amenity - you just need to follow the protocol of operation- could be helpful to include instructions in the binder. Well done to all who provide service for this amazing property!

Great location, great communication

This is an up to date beach front house that has a fun basement with lots of toys and beach supplies and a lovely oceanfront pool. The property management company had excellent communication and the home was very clean. Fantastic vacation getaway.

Great location listing needs updating

This is a great location. Let me say that first. For the most part it’s a nice house. But there are some things that should be in the listing. When they say limited paper supplies they mean it. No extra trash bags, paper towels or TP. We had issues with the door locks. Had to call the company to let us in. And the doors never locked again unless we locked them from the inside. The elevator doesn’t go all the way up in the house. The basement/garage then up to the main floor. So you have to lug all of your bags up the stairs to the bedrooms. The house has most everything you need. Except enough towels. There were 5 of us staying 4 nights. There were only 8 bath cloths. There isn’t a nightstand on one side of the main bedroom bed. The garage isn’t useable as a garage. Foosball table and pool table take up the space. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived. The beach Adirondack chairs are cracked. Not safe to sit in. Rent from an individual. Not a company!!

Great House

Well-furnished, spacious, great private pool, adequate parking, good cooking kitchen, private entrance to beach, outdoor rinse off, convenient laundry, multiple porches, 2 flights of steep stairs, good unfinished basement with games, ceiling fans in most rooms. Perfect house for family gathering. I wouldn’t want to break anything here though, it’s expensively decorated.

Awesome Friends getaway

This place is just amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Huge rooms with high end bathroom touches. So many gorgeous views. being able to watch the sunrise while still in bed was a dream. Tons of beach chairs and toys to play with. It was like having our own private beach. The kitchen had tons of space for all our chefs to cook. The fridge was a normal size, which if we had kids it may be difficult to fit the food in. The pool was clean and stayed cool and served as the perfect afternoon dip. There is even an elevator! The only complaint was the internet. We had multiple people working and the streaming services went out a couple times.

First the positives: Debi at Gulf Coast Getaways was fantastic! Check in is easy and you get details of what you need to bring. The home has all the dishes/glassware/silverware you'd need for a large group, ice machine was great to have!!! Enough space to spread out if you need a bit of privacy. The pool and the deck were lovely and having the beach so close was perfect. Plenty of beach toys and chairs for you to use. Cards/games and puzzles for inside fun if needed. On the negative side I'd say the home needs a little TLC - maybe due to it being the end of the season. The ceiling fans were super dusty so you didn't want to turn them on. The floor boards also dusty/dirty & some touch up painting is needed. Like I said maybe the owners do a deep clean/refresh at the end of the season. I expected a little more for the weekly price of this house. Note: if you plan to cook you need to bring all your oils/spices/sugars. Only salt & pepper is provided. Above said - Our family really enjoyed our time together at this home.

That house and view was amazing. Everything you would need is available and if you need anything they brought it to us. You do have to pay an extra $150 for the elevator which I feel should be included in the house. It’s very much needed.

Relaxing trip

This property is the perfect place for beach goers. One would never have to leave this peaceful property with private beach access. When you get done at the beach, you can swim in the awesome pool and enjoy the ocean view. This property exceeded expectations.
