- This 3-story home requires using an exterior staircase to enter. Step-free entry via the elevator is available for special circumstances
- The private elevators are wheelchair accessible and operate from the garage to the 3rd floor. They are sensitive and will not function unless both the interior and exterior doors are fully closed. If misuse is detected, the elevator will pause for 30 seconds. Guests with mobility needs or those transporting luggage may use the elevators, and children must be accompanied by an adult
- The swim spa is serviced every Wednesday by a professional company. They may be present during your stay
- A golf cart may be available (shared with the nearby listing). Please reach out in advance if you would like to reserve it. A waiver may be required prior to use
- There is an optional swim spa/pool heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device at the front door with an exterior security camera, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located next to the garage on the first floor, facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and record in 30-second increments
