"Very disappointing and expensive. This hotel is in a great location, however that is the only positive if you are travelling with a child. The reception made it clear that the only rooms available for families are at the back of the hotel. They are shabby and have no view, other than the filthy wall. ..."

"ホテルはとても美しく、スペインの華麗さが反映された素晴らしいホテル。とても良かったです。 不満点は、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったこと。 Google Mapsに場所の記載がなく、場所を調べるのに一手間かかること。 エクスペディアでの決済が反映されていなかったことです。 そのため、フ ロントで再度決済をしました。今後エクスペディアに返金を要求しようと思いますが、戻ってくるかはわかりません。 不満ではないですが、宿泊施設への立ち入り、入室はスマホでネットにアクセスして鍵を開けます。eSIMなどを使用して電波環境に不安がある方は注意が必要です。"
