La limpieza cuando entras no es correcta. La piscina no estaba limpia. El anuncio indicaba 4 baños cuando realmente son 2 y la atención del agente no es muy buena. Al llegar no explica casi nada de la casa porque tenía prisa para comer

El único problema grave que tuvimos es que contratamos la casa con 4 baños y gimnasio y al llegar solo habían 2 y sin gimnasio. Solicito cambio de casa en las mismas condiciones y comentan que no tienen. Solicito indemnización justa y comentan que 200, cuando en la página web de Empordà Villas con 2 baños son 469. Estamos en una disputa sin sentido por parte de Empordà Villas.Actualmente su página web publicita que hay 3 baños. El anuncio en Vrbo fue cambiado a dos baños a los 5 minutos de denunciarlo al encargado.
