Just by the beautiful sandy beach with lots of dining options as well as room service on the beach. Love their swimming pool with free breakfast included. Rooms are clean and property are well maintained.

The cleanliness was lacking - and had to complain about it several times. The breakfast was great - proximity to the beach and town was amazing.

Decent hotel but not memorable

Great pool and location and access to the beach. Pool food was low quality. Cleaning of rooms was not good. Left dirty cups, bowls and food in room for 2 days. Bed and towel cleaning was very good however.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Bathroom was a tiny bit smaller than I would have liked but was very manageable. Beds were quite comfortable. Resort is very close to the beach and walkable to the old town where there’s many dinning options. Close to the port for excursions.

We booked several rooms at this resort for our family - 6 people for three nights, 4 people for one night. At check in we were only informed about breakfast and the hours. In addition, we were asked about food allergies. At no time were we told about the fact that we paid for “half board” or the dinner hours. When we questioned the staff before we left, they did not help us. We wrote to them and they lied and said that we did get the information. I am deeply upset about how we were treated. We would have definitely used the included dinner option had we been adequately informed.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff

From the moment we arrived we were dealt in a very professional and friendly way. The receptionist explained all about the hotel and sounding neighborhood in great details and pointed out all areas on a map for us to keep. A lovely hotel managed by lovely people.

This hotel was well situated a minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 mins walk to town. Sofia at reception was helpful and knowledgeable. Only downside was we weren’t able to get a chair on the beach near the hotel, they were all taken.
