Cozy cottage with annex, surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian hinterland, located in an environment full of colors and Mediterranean scents, ideal for those who want to escape from the urban noise and relax completely. The private garden has a children's playground, two outdoor barbecue areas, fruit trees and a fenced area for your four-legged friends. The house is spread over three levels. The third floor is in the attic and includes a double bedroom with private bathroom. From the garden and second floor you have access to the annex with private entrance. The elegant town of Sestri Levante and its beaches are 23 km away. Be sure to visit the Cinque Terre, the city of Genoa (64 km) and the fashionable Portofino (45 km). For sports fans, the following activities are available: Climbing, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, sport fishing, boat rental, canoeing and cycling. Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Für Menschen die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe suchen sicher der richtige Ort. Das vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück ist für Hundebesitzer ideal. Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Küche recht spartanisch und meines Erachtens unzureichend ausgestattet (zerkratzte Teflonpfannen/-Lasagneformen, keine Küchenmesser, Schäler, Salatschüsseln...). Die Anfahrtsdauer bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit etwa 35 Minuten, zum Strand 45 Minuten über teils abenteuerliche Straßen. Großer Pluspunkt: Eine sehr freundliche und jederzeit erreichbare Dame, welche die Unterkunft betreut. Leider war für uns aufgrund eines vermutlich technischen Defekts beim Gas nur die große Wohnung nutzbar. Die Verwalterin und der Hausmeister kümmerten sich zwar sofort, konnten das Problem jedoch nicht beheben, weshalb wir uns räumlich erheblich einschränken mussten. Der Anbieter reagierte auf unsere Reklamation bislang nicht (4Wochen). Werden daher keinen Urlaub mehr über die Agentur buchen.

Idéal amoureux de la nature

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour le lieu est calme, le jardin est clos et arboré idéal quand on a des enfants en bas âges et des chiens. Promenades dans la nature car c’est un parc naturel nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnées de très jolis endroits à découvrir Le seul bémol est que malgré la faible distance pour rejoindre le bord de mer il faut compter une bonne demi-heure La dame est très gentille et très attentive au bien être de ses locataires Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour

Paradis au calme

Mercu a Tamara, Carlo et leur fille pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La maison est un peu retiré sur une route de montagne de quelques km mais on oublie vite quand on arrive sur place. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour plus qu'agreable en famille ou entre amis. De très grands espace vert et une grande maison propre et bien décorée. Je recommande cet endroit pour les amoureux de la nature Ville, magasin et Mer a 15 km ( par route de montagne)
