4 bed, 2 1/2 bathroom ranch home in a great Neenah area! Within a mile of I-41 and only 15 minute drive to EAA Grounds! Home features 3 first level bedrooms with an on suite full bath and a main floor full bath as well. Kitchen and dining area, quiet living space with gas fire place. Off the kitchen is a deck/patio with fenced in green space. Outside of fenced area is lots more yard for your enjoyment. Downstairs in formally unfinished but is a live-able space which features an entertainment area, bar, keezer (beer is included on tap!), a half bath, and the fourth bed. This home is located within a mile of a grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, breweries/bars, etc.This is a family home with young kids so toys that are in the pictures can be cleaned and stored if requested. Guests amenities will be TV (Basic Cable), Free Wi-Fi, fridges/freezers space, stove, dishwasher, microwave, bar/keezer, outside grill, two queen beds, two twin beds, couches, and crib if necessary.
