The hot tub was luke warm. There were about 15 5 year olds in the hot tub. The service at the restaurant was terrible. I asked to check in early, they said they would call me. They never called. Then the wait to check in was so backed up. This was my friends 60th birthday. I felt terrible. Never come here again. Very disappointed. I thought it was going to be a nice relaxing time. It was not.

The suit was excellent. The only negative was that it was noisy around 2:30am, not sure where the noise was coming from (the bar?). So, it wasn't the past rest but otherwise it was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire place, jacuzzi, TV, room service.

I stood there for over 10 minutes before the three people behind the desk acknowledged me. I know they were helping another customer but the one gentleman just stood there. Highly recommend

Restaurant changed since we were last there - from ground round to Batleys. Very impressed with Barley's food and service in restaurant portion. Didn't try the bar side this time. But still had a few drinks in the restaurant and the bloody Mary was fantastic along with the other drinks. Nice atmosphere, was not too loud of over powering. Prime rib was phenomenal (and I'm not a big fan of it myself, but have got to give it to them from the taste that I did have) Well done!! Hotel itself was comfortable, jacuzzi water was a little too chilly. But the pool area was still nice (even during renovations going on) shower in room was fantastic!
