My family enjoyed staying at Legends and using the free shuttle to their sister resort Samsara, it only comes at 10 am and returns at 4pm. For a family of 5 it was easy to have the all inclusive meal plan so that we didn’t have to worry about where to eat and how much additional it would cost. The food/buffet was plentiful with cole slaw, bread, soup and 4 other options. Dessert was a basic cake. Meals are at set times, so this may be harder for some. I felt comfortable walking off the resort both on the beach side and the road side. Bring beach towels because you only get 1 towel per person. This is a budget hotel with budget amenities (such as 1 towel per person, older furniture and chipped dinner plates, but the staff were nice, the rooms clean and food decent, drinks plentiful and you can ask to have fresh fruit blended in if you purchase peeled fruit, they will keep it at the bar with your room number. Our family had a relaxing vacation. Remember this is Jamaica and there will be many entrepreneurs selling various items at the beach, just say no thank you and they will move on. The beach was lovely with beautiful sunsets.

Legends is the perfect fit for us as we come to Jamaica to do some mission work and cannot justify a high end AI. It is clean, right on the beach, safe, and the staff are fast friends as they are so sweet. Big up for Caesar the guard, Oneill and omelet lady, Vanessa, Nicholas, and Kerry Ann the best servers! Great prices especially as a package.

Nice size ro,oms and steps away from the beach. Breakfast was good. Loved the free shuttle to the Cliffs. Spent 2 days over there snorkeling in the caves from 10a-4pm. They dont like to give you face cloths. No Frig, but I think u can pay daily for one. Will have to ask for a iron and hot water maker. No coffee or tea in room. Other than that, it fit my budget as a solo travel for 7 days. I would stay here again.

After my 3rd trip to Legends I will surely return. Mike the security guard is the absolute best. If your looking for a fancy property, this is not for you. If your looking for small and authentic, book it. Great location surrounded by resturants, kikis coffee, small convience stores and a duty free mall, all within a short walk. Beach is crystal clear and beautiful.

My overall stay was very good , one of our rooms #301 toilet needs to be fixed flushing was not right and the one chair on our porch had a few broken pieces that need to be fixed , door drags when shut or opened

I love staying at legends! Cause you get the beautiful beach and also Samsara on the cliff side. You cant even imagine the beauty. My husband and i did not pay for snorkeling its free right off of the cliff, we saw a sting ray float right under us amazing. Also a spear fisher close to us got a barracuda, it was so 👌...we also saw a double rainbow. 2 resorts for the proce of one cant beat it!

It's a place to sleep. There's not much to tnis place except the location. If you want no frills at the beach...stay here.

The property is a little dated, rooms could use a little TLC but they are clean and love the front deck and the staff were all friendly once they knew we were Canadian's lol. They make a mean rum punch too, I would stay again!!

The room was clean. The location was good. However I did not like when I was out at an activity and I left before 10pm and when I came back after 10pm the gates were closed to get back in to the hotel from the beach. It would’ve been nice to hear that when I checked in. The front desk check in staff was rude on multiple occasions.

We chose a room with 2 double beds onnexpedia and this is the second time they put us in a room with a kingsize bed every night a resort close by plays extremely loud music the base is booming from 12-4 am the bar is only open until 10pm the rooms do not come with a refrigerator there is no vending machines so the only way to get water even after hours is by going to the stores they give you one towel and a wash rag per person no hand towel for the sink no blow dryer is provided and no shampoo or body wash the housekeepers are nice but they come around 9 am take your toeels and then dont come back until almost 4 so in between that time you have no towel to dry your hand they will know on the door a couple times then just use their key and come in with them coming to the room teice every day its hard to rest because they come back to return towels at 4 pm

Im a Loyal Legends customer!

Check in was good, it was great to see Michael(security) on the beach! He's always working hard, and very helpful. And Chiquita is always very helpful as well. The only issue i had was happy hour and my check. There was a disgreement regarding the time i purchased my drink. I didnt like the fact that i had to explain myself. If the barmaid was paying attention she would have know that i was there at the time to have been entitled to my happy hour discount.
