Lovely place, wrong location

This is a really hard property to review!! It has the potential to be so amazing, but just isn’t. Tents are spacious, well resourced, comfy etc. but small things spoiled it for us. From all the signs everywhere telling us how much we would have to pay for anything going wrong, to the fact that you could only get a tiny bit of WiFi from the decking outside. But, our biggest issue was the fact it is right next to a pretty busy main road that is used from early in the morning til late at night and obviously the tent has little sound insulation. In addition, we didn’t find it especially private with the large patio doors facing directly onto the path and opposite at least one other tent. If the curtained weren’t closed you could see everyone else and they could see you. Having said all that, it is a lovely place with good facilities just not in the right place.

Very good. The luxury tent was wonderful. The proximity to facilities at Nelly Bay was great. While I understand the need to specify rules for our stay, I just felt that they were written “a little strongly”. Eg. if can’t unlock key safe - call out fee will apply.

It was such a a beautiful 2 nights away..the bed was amazing and plenty of room. It has been beautiful decorated and having the deck outside was such a a beautiful spot to sit. The pool was amazing too.
