Beautiful Shoal Bay Beach is also just a short 600m walk. Be sure to take a walk to the Inner Light Tea Room where you can tantalise your taste buds with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views, and you're also only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay (2km) or Shoal Bay (1.7km) for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping – Bay Parklands really is the ideal location for a relaxed beachside holiday.
This nautical-themed, 3-bedroom unit has everything you are looking for when taking your family on an affordable holiday. The air-conditioned open plan living area features comfortable furnishings including a 3-seater lounge and 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player, a 6-seater Beechwood dining suite, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the entertainment balcony with an outdoor setting, water glimpses and parkland views. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with stools and plenty of bench space, and the internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The 3 bedrooms each have a ceiling fan and built-in robe. The main bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the remaining 2 bedrooms offer 2 single beds in each. For your absolute convenience, a portable cot and a highchair are also supplied.
