There is an enclosed back yard, perfect for the dogs and children to run around and a fabulous outdoor undercover rooftop area with fantastic water views, gas BBQ and a fabulous alfresco dining and lounge area which is the best place to sit back and enjoy the serenity that surrounds you whilst taking in the glorious views.
The main section of the property is located on the ground floor with all living and bedrooms having no stairs. There is a double garage for parking with internal access, as soon as you walk inside you will be taken by the space in the open plan living/ dining area, this area also features a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave and a family size fridge with a water container / freezer.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, split system Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan and a bathroom which is accessed via the hallway. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and is also accessible for all guests. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and a hallway that runs between this bedroom and bedroom 3 providing access to the bathroom, this bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 provides a trio bunk with a double bed below and single bed above, plus a roll out trundle bed.
The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and third toilet.
