This one-bedroom cottage is only 650m from Dutchmans Beach, where you can enjoy the natural beaches and waterways that Port Stephens is famous for. On this shared garden block, you are situated down the driveway and past the main house, near the Jacaranda tree. From your leafy and private deck overlooking the shared garden, you'll feel like you are miles from everything – but you're actually just a short walk to Nelson Bay shops, cafes and restaurants.



Just 700m stroll will take you to the d'Albora Marinas, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily and whale watch cruises operate from mid-May to mid-November. Spend your days splashing in the blue waters of the bay and lazing on the soft white sand, then dine in at one of the many popular restaurants or cafes, or enjoy a picnic out in the fresh salty air along the waterfront reserve. If you're craving a little adventure, hire a jetski, kayak or stand up paddleboard and head out on the water. Staying in bustling Nelson Bay means you have the best of both worlds – shops, great restaurants and plenty of activities, as well as the natural beauty of the pristine coastline right at your fingertips.

The fantastic outdoor area is perfect for chilled afternoon cocktails and an easy BBQ dinner on the deck, overlooking the garden.
