The Poplars complex is very popular by having a pool and being conveniently located within a quick five minute walk to the waters edge and ten minute walk into the heart of town where you will find quality restaurants, casual bars, cafes, shops and tourist attractions such as water sports, dolphin and whale cruises.
Unit 6 is located on the top floor with spectacular views, as soon as you enter the unit you will have the sense of space with the open plan living/ dining area. The living area provides a flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, small library of DVD movies, books, board games and a ceiling fan for extra comfort.
There is a port-a-cot and highchair for the guests use and a fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities. The unit has two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and walk in robe and the bathroom provides a bath, shower, vanity and the convenience of a separate toilet.
The laundry is located internally in the unit, it has a top loader washing machine and dryer and the unit comes with two undercover car spaces, making it very convenient to park the car and walk to all outlets.

Once I dragged my bags up the stairs to the third floor I found a note from permanent tenants under my door telling me their 6 rules I was to follow this ranged from telling me to wear soft shoes , noise I’ll make barefoot , keeping the tv and radio down at all times and how I should close windows and doors... I felt like leaving when I arrived

The apartment was exceptionally clean and the location was amazing. The furniture was a bit uncomfortable including the queen mattress but overall it was great value for money. We would love to come back and check out that pool in summer!

Two Bed Apartment with View
Good value for money , clean , repainted and furnished more recently. The mattress most definitely needs to be replaced. The new furniture is likely IKEA and it's a pity an IKEA mattress wasn't part of the purchase. It's a hike up the 46 stairs but that's the price for the view. The car park underneath looks like Hannibal Lecters workshop. Needs more lighting. and a coat of white paint.
