Friendly welcome provided at the front desk with good recommendations offered for the local area. Hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Additionally, the spa room we booked was spotlessly clean & had a great range of inclusions to make our stay a breeze & a very comfortable bed. Would happily stay again.

Very well appointed motel room. We were (very) worried about the road noise especially as we had room 201 that faces the very busy road. However the property supplies earplugs and, more effectively, a white noise generator. Couple this with the immaculately clean and well equipped room and the super friendly staff we can’t but recommend the Palazzo.

Very nice place to stay in Nelson. Clean and comfortable, the room had a small kitchenette that we didn't expect but appreciated, and just overall felt upscale. Staff were very friendly. Location was great and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants. Slightly limited parking, but it was off-street and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again!
