The wrap around deck and BBQ area can be accessed via the conservatory & through sliding doors from the lounge or dining room.
The lower level consists of three double bedrooms, large bathrooms, separate toilet, and the laundry. These bedrooms have doors opening on to a long deck, with steps up to give external access to the 2 leveled middle deck with the spa.

- Garage area is not available for guest use. Off-street parking & On-street parking are both available.
- Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
