About this property

Apartment on ski slopes of Prarion

Stay on the Slopes
Wake up to the crisp mountain air in this inviting duplex flat located directly on the ski slopes of Prarion, in the heart of the 4 Vallées. Designed for up to six guests, the apartment blends alpine character with modern comfort. The bright living area with sofa bed, satellite TV, and WiFi creates a cozy retreat, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals after a day outdoors. From the balcony, take in sweeping views of snow-covered peaks in winter or lush alpine greenery in summer.

Adventure at Your Door
In winter, step out of the apartment and onto your skies, making the slopes your personal playground. A gondola just 200 meters away connects you to the vast 4 Vallées ski region, ensuring endless downhill runs and snowy adventures. When the snow melts, the area transforms into a hiker’s paradise, with trails winding through the famous Balavaux larch forest and toward alpine lakes like Cleuson. Parking is available in summer, while winter arrivals are made by gondola from Siviez, keeping the setting tranquil and car-free.

Dining and Local Flavor
After a day on the mountain, unwind with hearty Swiss dishes at La Taverne de l’Alpée or alpine-inspired cuisine at La Cabane, both a short distance from the apartment. For a taste of Valaisan tradition, explore nearby Haute-Nendaz, where cozy cafés, bakeries, and wine bars showcase local flavors. A day trip to Sion, just 19 km away, adds more variety with markets, vineyard tours, and lakeside walks.
