Villa Latchi View has magnificent panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breath-taking views. Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.
The villa has modern feel, furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area that enjoys spectacular sea views and soft furnishings, a satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area seats 6, and the contemporary kitchen features all the main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, with en-suite shower rooms.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with a fabulous private pool surrounded by various plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining, and a winding staircase leads up to an open first-floor roof terrace area, where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.
