Wireless 400 Mbs internet! One king bedroom with full kitchen/laundry. A spacious environment with a trendy & hip atmosphere!
The whole recently furnished apartment is all yours, hardwood floors throughout.
Terrific views overlooking the square!
King size bed with usb touch lamps with new Samsung tv in bedroom. Newly added small bunk bed room with two narrow (32”x72”) twin beds suitable for kids (and ok for adults!) Also a rollout folding single bed for a 5th adult.
Office Desk and chair with large monitor (hdmi cable provided). 50” tv in lounge with a large couch for chilling.
Full kitchen with air fryer and coffee machine. Bluetooth sound bar to sync your device and cool atmosphere awaits you!
Other things to note
Must be able to walk up 22 steps to get to apartment.
Bunk bed room very narrow - ideal for kids, and top bunk only for guests 6 year old+ (and 200lb weight limit).

Highly recommend! The property was very clean and cozy. We loved that it was in walking distance to all of the awesome restaurants and night life Downtown Neosho has to offer, the food nearby was fantastic and we also enjoyed that there was live music at the restaurant a few doors down. 100/10!

This place is simply AMAZING, You think this place is great in pictures, wait till u see it in person. The host is awesome and very professional, He help with all our needs, ,the town has alot to do and alot attractions and very close to a big metro city, btw the little dessert shop right below has a delightful sort of items. If u book, definitely check it out, and all the people were very friendly, ill definitely will have to book again if i decided to vacation again, thank you, 5 stars all the way around

Perfect stay! The Contemporary apartment on the square was wonderful. My family had the perfect stay in this beautiful apartment which is located right on the square in downtown Neosho. Check in was easy and Ben was a great host! The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had an awesome vibe. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants and we had a nice view of the square. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The “Four Seasons” in Neosho, MO.

I was lucky enough to find this cute gem and how amazing!! Everything was immaculate..as a solo female traveler I felt 100% safe, and omg the bed was so comfortable. If I find myself in Neosho again I hope for an availability!!

Short but good stay

The design was nice. Had a lot of nods to the UK where I was a couple of weeks ago. The bunk room is super tiny and the mattresses are extremely firm. There was plenty of coffee and bathroom supplies! Thank you!

Sweet place above a sweet place

Our stay was fantastic! Rent this place! You won’t be disappointed!!! A getaway with my daughter and one of her friends. I cannot think of one thing needing improvements. A-Rays sweet shop below has delicious treats. The Neosho square is revitalizing and is only going to get busier and better
