Nerja is a genuine, small but lively town 50 minutes east from Malaga airport. Nerja offers great beaches, restaurants and local markets.

Our apartment is located in one of the very popular Capistrano areas, Capistrano Playa, by the Burriana beach. It offers a quiet and beautifully landscaped area with lush gardens. Capistrano Playa has its own private pool area with a snack bar.

Less than 5 minutes down the stairs you find Burriana, the most visited beach in Nerja. It is lined with great cafes, bars and restaurants. You can rent kayaks and enjoy various water sports including diving and snorkeling.



From the beach you walk to Nerja center in 10 minutes.



The apartment is bright and airy. It has patio doors from the bedroom and from the living room so you can enjoy the fresh air and views from both rooms. The terrace is 28 m2 and is the big reason why you want to be here! It is private with few immediate neighbors and it gives you a great view of the beach and the ocean. It offers full sun from 11 am until mid evening, it contains a dining table and comfortable lounge chairs. There is an umbrella and markis for shade.



Inside you will find one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, matress recently replaced. The living with a sofa is integreated with the kitchen. There is a sofa, TV and a media player. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and updated dinner wear. The bathroom is newly remodeled and fully tiled, it has a "rainfall" shower.



Other equipment is air-conditioning/heating in living room and bedroom, new and silent units from 2013. There is also a hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a well functioning wifi/internet, this is included in the renting price. If you come by car, there is free parking in the street behind the complex and in the garage. Rarely you will have a problem finding an available spot.



We have a great swedish/english/spanish speaking agent, they help with any practical issue or question.

Please note that you need to walk several stairs to access the apartment from the parking and for your walk down to the beach. This area is not suitable for people with walking problems or disabilities.
