This is a fantastic 3-bedroom townhouse in the heart of sort-after Capistrano village with access to a communal pool and a cafe only 1 minute from the property.The pool is communal, so any modification to the conditions of use or temporary closure by the community is beyond our control.
As you enter this property you find yourself in a cozy seating area with an amazing view of the sea with 3 sets of French doors opening onto a large modern open-plan kitchen dining area the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
just off the dining area, there is a small hallway with a full bathroom, at the end is the first large double bedroom very bright and modern with a terrace area also accessed from the main seating area with some of the best uninterrupted views of the sea.
as you walk down the steps in the garden area you find yourself a quaint seating area and BBQ here you have access to 2 nice-sized double bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

amazing views

overall we had a wonderful stay in Nerja, Nerja is beautiful, a great place to visit and the complex, Capistrano has good facilities with a great pool area, although up a bit of a hill. The house was clean and fully equipped, beds comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Great outside area with the most amazing views, something new to spot every morning, I could sit and look out for hours. Peaceful at night and again views with the lights are so pretty. Communication upon arrival was good, we did not get any details until the day or arrival which was a worry but it was all fine, great instructions. The house is very homely, with quirky artwork and decor, it is not really very child friendly as lots of steps and sharp corners. Our only negatives would be the downstairs bedrooms are only accessed via the garden steps, there are no internal stairs and the outside furniture is very sharp in places and although comfortable maybe a little old and worn out. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the house to families with older children or adult groups, its very spacious with great outdoor space, on a wonderful complex with amazing views and good facilities. Nerja is beautiful, lots of hills so be aware, great bars and restaurants, wonderful family atmosphere.
