Enjoy a unique view of Lake Como. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge open kitchen with gourmet equipment and a living room with sofa area and 77” TV. On 230 square meters it offers enough space for up to 8 people. The garden on several levels also offers a wonderful, unobstructed view of the lake and plenty of space to relax. 1-2 dogs are welcome.
The location in Nesso is the ideal starting point for your tours: the village is right in the middle between Como and Bellagio, so both towns can be reached in 20 minutes. Countless good restaurants line the lakeshore and you can take the ferry to the other side of the lake. The villa is also an ideal starting point for outdoor activities: the old “Strada Regia” leads directly past the villa and to the “Tivan del Piano” plateau, simply drive a few kilometers up the mountain.
