Accueil très satisfaisant dans un hôtel propre au charme alsacien avec une très belle décoration de Noël. Par contre chauffage inexistant au mois de décembre : es ce bien normal ? Point positif : restaurant réservé à la clientèle mais onéreux pour une qualité médiocre. Tarifs de la restauration à revoir pour la clientèle de l'hôtel d'autant plus que la qualité de la restauration de justifie pas un tel tarif.

Saubere, aber abgewohnte Zimmer

Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Sanierung vertragen. Der Preis ist allerdings dem Standard entsprechend. Das Zimmer war prinzipiell sauber. Für mich allerdings ein no Go sind Wolldecken mit Leintuch. Auch der Empfang könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Excellent value. Clean, updated and amazing restaurant. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Rooms were basic, but newer and clean. Great restaurant with amazing food (probably the best in Town). Location is ideal to walk the town or a short 20 minute drive to Colmar. Stayed with family. Strongly recommend for budget conscious seeking excellent value. Hôtel bruyant, on entend bien le bruit de la rue. 15 euros pour un chien par jour, cest énorme d'autant plus que le prix n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation par internet, s'agissant de plus qu'il s'agit de chien d'assistance.
