Living right on the lake

Amid the Leipziger Neuseenland, located right on the lagoon of the Hainer lake, you will find our holiday house Casa Franke.
We rent this house with its own lakeside terrace, private jetty and bathing platform. The house has three floors (ground, 1st u. 2nd floor) with a total living area of ​​130sqm. Each room has a direct view of the lake and terrace. The ground floor houses the living and dining room with views of the lagoon and a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a washing machine. Kettle and coffeemaker complete your comfort. A guest toilet is on the ground floor available.
The first floor has a generously proportioned bathroom with bathtub, rainforest shower and toilet. Each of the two guest rooms is equipped with satellite TV, box spring bed / bunk bed and wardrobe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the top floor.

Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist mega. Wir lieben es, wenn man vom Bett aus auf das Wasser guckt … unschlagbar. Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Tretboot, was zum Haus gehört, auf dem Wasser … sehr schön und entspannend.

Ein perfekter und entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten zwar auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter und den Nachbarn - aber: Die FeWo ist ideal ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr moderne und luxuriöse Einrichtung, eben nicht nur die aller nötigsten Utensilien, sondern viel Sonderausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Von Waschmaschine über Grill, Stand Up Paddel, Sauna alles vorhanden. Schöne Aussicht über den See vom gesamten Haus. Kleine Mängel war die Sauberkeit. Zahlreiche Haare aufen Polstermöbel und die Küchenschränke müssten auch dringend mal grundgesäubert werden. Klimaanlage in der 3. Etage funktionierte leider nicht. Abfluss der Dusche musste von uns in Ordnung gebracht werden. Funktionierte leider nicht. Hätte bei der Reinigung eigentlich auffallen müssen. Aber alles in allem sehr netter Vermieter, tolles Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine super schöne, entspannte Woche. Kommen gerne wieder. 4 Sterne für die Sauberkeit, weil mal gerne die versteckten Ecken, wie auf, in und hinter den Schränken sauber gemacht werden kann. Ansonsten alles paletti 😃
