This luxurious chalet was built on the sunny slopes of the Rossberg in a very special location southwest of the renowned Neukirchen am Großvenediger, surrounded by fresh mountain air, green meadows, and beautifully snow-covered hills.

This magnificent chalet was designed with character. The use of wood, distinctive details, and perfect craftsmanship, combined with the use of high-quality materials, ensure a particularly comfortable and luxurious home. You'll immediately feel at home.

Your chalet, which you'll naturally occupy alone, has two floors. One of the floors is the living area, which, with its huge windows, offers a stunning view. In addition to a living and dining area with a cozy wood-burning stove, there's a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with the latest appliances. The bedrooms, spread across the floors, are very cozy and furnished to a high standard. You also have your own private sauna.

You can park your car in the two partially covered parking spaces.

There are other chalets in the immediate vicinity, creating a kind of village. A ski rental shop with a ski school is centrally located. There's also a snack bar with a small menu for snacks or drinks. Would you like fresh rolls daily? No problem, these can be ordered at reception.

The ski lift with practice area is within easy walking distance of the chalet and is perfect for families with small children or beginners. Advanced skiers can take the free ski bus to the lifts of the magnificent Wildkogel Arena ski area. With the location right on the slopes, you can ski right back to your chalet if there's enough snow. Looking for something different? The Zillertal Arena or Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski areas are just a few minutes away by car.

In summer, the surrounding mountains and the many attractions in the immediate vicinity offer numerous options for active holidays or those seeking peace and quiet. From May to October, guests receive the National Park Summer Card, which offers free access to the lifts, swimming pools, activities, public transport, and much more. Highly recommended!
