This holiday apartment on the second floor (sleeps up to 4) is ideal for families and boasts stunning mountain views from the balcony.

A special feature: Hiking trails start right at the doorstep. The accommodation is centrally located between the Ober- and Untersulzbach valleys – a perfect base for tours, via ferratas, and alpine adventures around the Großvenediger mountain. Lake Blausee and the Untersulzbach waterfall are just a 15-minute walk away.

In summer, the Wildkogel Arena offers attractions for all ages, while the Tauern Cycle Path passes directly by the house.

In winter, the ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogel Arena gondola in about 8 minutes. The Zillertal Arena is also easily accessible. Cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, and other winter activities complete the offerings.

Restaurants are within walking distance, and the village center is just a 5-minute drive away.

Wat hebben we genoten! Een prachtige accommodatie op een mooie locatie. Alles was brandschoon, sfeervol ingericht en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust, wat erg fijn is als je zelf wilt koken. Vanuit de accommodatie ben je zo bij leuke uitjes en wandelingen, terwijl je ondertussen kunt genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, rust en een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist für einen Aktivurlaub wie Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren bestens geeignet.
