This charming vacation rental is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Independent, it has been perfectly fitted out to offer you maximum comfort in its 32 m²! She offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge and a bathroom with toilet. - Upstairs and on the mezzanine: 1 sleeping area with 1 160 x 190 bed, concealed by an electric blind. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace not overlooked and a private garden. The 160 beds can be converted into 80x190 beds. The cottage is located on the owner's estate with in common: a large hangar is used as parking. The outbuilding visible in the photos (behind the gîte) is not occupied. At the northern end of Morbihan, discover a preserved territory rich in discoveries. Just 1 km from the gîte, explore the towpath of the Nantes-Brest Canal on foot or by bike. A 15-minute drive away, Lake Guerlédan, the largest in Brittany, awaits you with its equipped beaches, its hiking trails, its cruises and its activities: water skiing, canoes, pedal boats, paddle... History lovers and heritage will appreciate, in summer, the 'Art in the Chapels' event and will be able to stop off in Pontivy to discover its medieval castle and its old town. To liven up your evenings, Brittany hosts numerous festivals throughout the summer!

L'hébergement est bien aménagé, joliment décoré, propre, calme et fonctionnel. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement était idéal et nous a permis de découvrir une partie du coeur de la Bretagne (lac de Guerlédan tout proche avec de belles randonnées à faire) mais aussi de nous rendre en bord de mer pour la journée. L'accueil et la communication ont été au top, Elisabeth est une hôte très sympatique et à l'écoute. Pour ceux qui aiment être au coeur de la nature, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Il y a tellement de belles choses à voir qu'une semaine est trop courte. A refaire...

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin! Geschmackvolle moderne Einrichtung mit einigen Antiquitäten. Das gepflegte kleine Ferienhaus ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten auf dem Land in einer bäuerlichen Umgebung. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen!
