Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen (microwave) with dining area and washing machine. Guests have garden furniture in the courtyard, a lawn is also available. Bed linen, towels and cleaning included. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016.
Semi-detached house is located at the entrance of Neustadt, about 1.5 km from the motorway exit Neustadt Süd directly on a thoroughfare. When the windows are closed, you can hear almost no traffic noise. In this house there are two apartments, one upstairs for a family with up to two children and one on the ground floor for a maximum of 2 adults. There is parking in the yard and outdoor seating (terrace) for the guests. Also a nice playground and many toys are ready for the children.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
