We did have a light failure in the middle of night. Maintenance was called and they resolved the problem. The front desk also adjusted the bill to compensate for our difficulties.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,892 reviews)
I liked the place. Would stay again. My main issue is how things are called. I stayed in the superior room, which is what they call the wheel chair rooms. They aren't bad rooms but it felt like a bait and switch. Theres also a destination fee thats like a resort fee. None of these are deal breakers, but it would have been nice if these would have been clearer. Would stay again with these issues. I just would know about it ahead of time

it was very clean. The air-conditioning was wonderful considering it was over 100° outside. That was very good. It’s located right in the heart of Little Italy. It’s a fun place to stay.
