We had an amazing stay. I would say we had more than a great stay, I would say we had a great experience. I’ll start with the basics. Check in was fast. We stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel provided water and a basket full of shampoo, conditioner etc. The service provided by all the staff was great, from the front desk to house keeping.
That would be enough for a good stay. But those are overshadowed by the amazing breakfast experience. The staff was exceptional. On top of the abundant selection, they offered omelettes and eggs, brought items fresh made for you to try. The gentleman (wish I remembered his name) remembered where guests were from and had little banters with them. Breakfast was a highlight, and anywhere else would have been the highlight.
But the decor team is what took this stay to an experience. The attention to detail making each space beautiful was extraordinary. There are multiple terraces each lovingly decorated. The flowers, the carpets, the decor creates an ambiance that makes you feel comfortable and surrounded by beauty. I took so many photos of the hotel common spaces. This is what put it over the top and made it an experience for me.
