Everything was above and beyond! Staff were excellent, helpful and so nice! Our cool cave room was spacious and clean, and always had cold water in the fridge! The breakfast was excellent and an experience in itself! Wonderful! I would highly recommend Caverna Premium Cave Hotel!!

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the town. We had a nice big terrace outside our suite with lovely views and perfect for balloons watching! The breakfast was great and best of all the hotel owner Azat was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great! Staff were fantastic ad it was very clean. Breakfasts are a set menu and had too much food (they kept serving even when you try to decline the food), but they really make an effort there in all aspects. There are lots of stairs so for those with mobility issues it would be hard to find a hotel in Cappadocia that would be good, but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

The one.

This is the one. Apparently, there are 300 or so hotels in Cappadocia, with mos told them “cave hotels.” I can’t speak about the others, but Caverna is superb. The location is in the heart of Göreme, but it nonetheless feels private and fairly private. Views from the rooms’ balconies are excellent. Perfect place to watch the balloons, and sunsets are spectacular. The included breakfast was lavish yet still retained a homemade charm. It’s a small hotel, and there is no room service, but with everything so close by, you don’t really need it. I look forward to returning. A very very memorable stay.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel and were well looked after by Azad and his staff. Our room had good views over the township and was spacious with very good bathroom facilities. Breakfasts were superb, with a large array of different dishes served.

Our three days here was truly amazing. We were welcomed by a very professional and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. We recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty. We hope to return there soon.

Beautiful hotel, room, and people.

In a sentence, the accommodation and hospitality at Caverna Premium Caves is second to none. I have to start with Mr. Azat and his staff. From Azat, to Burak, and Miraç, as well as the lovely ladies who cooked breakfast fresh each morning, they are all just wonderful, gracious, and kind. We stayed in the Royal Suite, room 500. It’s appropriately named as we felt like king and queen. It is beyond spacious (about 3.5x the size of our room in Paris!), and the biggest plus was the private terrace reserved just for our room. The views of Goreme, and the balloons each day and night were magical. We also loved the hidden screen door which let us have some fresh air on those beautiful mornings and evenings. Ps. It has aircon as well, but we rarely needed it. The location of the hotel is great too. It’s just off the main commercial street, just far enough to be quiet and tranquil, but close bough that you can walk to the center of town in about 6 minutes. Also noteworthy that it’s a high enough elevation to get a great view, it’s not at the top of a steep hill to make the nightly return after dinner a debatable endeavor. Breakfasts are delicious, freshly made each morning by lovely ladies in the viewable kitchen. Wonderful.

Pros: Great location, staff were friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. Transportation and tours arranged with no issues. Turkish breakfast was so plentiful and good quality. Nice touch they provided a lunch as we had to leave early in the morning for airport. Cons: Bedding duvet was undersized and didn’t cover the bed. AC unit made excessive rattling noise so had to fiddle with settings to make it reasonable. Room sound proofing could improve as we could hear neighbours talking in early hours. Overall, enjoyable stay and would still recommend.

Stop researching and choose this hotel immediately. Caverna went above and beyond all expectations and after being in the area for half a week I’m sure this is the place you will want to stay while in Goreme. I’m an extensive researcher when it comes to booking hotels and I’m usually not one to leave a review but felt I should in this situation. The rooms were spectacular, and the staff was more than helpfull when it came to booking, recommendations, and even offering free transportation when we were in need. The caves are genuine and very clean. I couldn’t immagine booking any place other than this in Goreme. Thank you again to both the owner and rest giving us the trip we dreamed of!

Fantastic!

What an excellent hotel. The family ‘cave’ room was exceptional - had great facilities and was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic and was a highlight of our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to stay in this area then you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here.
