This was a great hotel. Very clean, very friendly & helpful staff. They had very nice areas around the hotel to sit and just enjoy the view or even have lunch there. The restaurants were close by. It was an amazing experience and this hotel just made it better. For any excursion we needed they responded right away. They were so helpful figuring out transportation for everything. Loved this place so much.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the perfect spot in Goreme. High enough to have fantastic views but also handy to walk into town. Staff were lovely , breakfast was great, various spaces to chill (top terrace is fantastic for watch the balloons in the morning. Shared transfers organised by the hotel were great value and easy

A fantastic boutique hotel. Our room is carved into the rock. But the bathroom is all modern. The breakfast is terrific. You have several terrace seating area all with great view of Gorem’s unique rock formation and architecture. The staff is very nice and helpful. In the morning you can watch all the colorful hot air balloons flying over.

Kelebek was super clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the wifi was extremely spotty and didn’t work most of the time there. Our shower also was very difficult to work- it was either very very hot or very cold. The bed was not very comfortable, but we appreciated the black out curtains. The breakfast each day was also good. Overall, we’re not sure if we would stay again. It’s a really lovely property, but for the price, we felt like it was quite expensive for what it was.

We stayed in room 26 Fairy Chimney. Loved the cave experience, decor, view!! Front desk staff were extremely helpful from booking tours to shuttle to airport to delivering towels after hours. Breakfast was delicious with a huge buffet style set up, included in our package. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing experience staying in a cave. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. One of our mornings we experienced the tractor ride and the farm to table breakfast. Incredible. The views from the hotel were amazing.

Kelebek was loaded with charm and stunning vistas of fairy chimneys. We had no option but to travel in July and it got so hot we opted to stay indoors a lot. But we were still deeply satisfied with our stay because our balloon ride and other morning activities were close by and our suite offered such great views. Also, the staff was great and there were numerous restaurant options within short walking distance. I’m recommending this venue to my family and friends.

Incredible hotel & location

One of the best and most interesting hotels we've ever stayed in and we travel a lot! Waking up early to see the balloons flying overhead is surreal, as are the views and cave accommodation - like a fantasy land - incredible, photos dont do it justice.

the staff were amazing, came through in the clutch and helped out in the last minute when our hot air balloon was canceled due to weather conditions. buffet breakfast is a nice addition. smaller rooms leave a little to be desired, had some A/C issues and the bathrooms are tight with no fan. the pool area is nice with a great view and atmosphere over the town, however the pool itself is ice cold and very small. not child friendly as it is all 1.50m deep. overall a great option in Capaddocia

We spent 4 nights there at the hotel. The property was excellent with a variety of room types. there were lovely little spaces to hang with phenomenal views of Goreme by night. The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately there were many cats - my wife has a phobia and it was a bit traumatic when one got close at breakfast. the staff and owner were very empathetic. they changed our room at no cost to one further away and also created a private space on a balcony where we could eat in peace. Special kudos to Hedi who helped us a lot.
